Complete delivery

Complexity at high altitude

Helicopter lifts and specially adapted mounting systems were some factors that made the installation of solar panels at Nyfosa's headquarters particularly special. Read more about the project here.
SBP managed the entirety of Nyfosa's head office and their solar panel system. From lifting equipment by helicopter to specially manufactured/installed mounting systems for other solar energy technology in a complete turnkey delivery.

When Nyfosa's head office was to be integrated with solar energy, we received the construction and planning challenge as a supplier.

As the facility at its highest point is at a height of 45 meters, careful planning was required from lifting of material by helicopter, to extra safety thinking around unloading areas and work environment. In addition, due to the wind exposure that occurs at high altitude, a specially manufactured mounting system with a separate construction statement was ordered to withstand the forces of the weather for a long time.

The plant's production is also real-time connected to the property's entrance where all visitors can see live how much is being produced right now, and how the total energy is converted into the number of electric car journeys, lighting, TV screens and much more. For Nyfosa, it was important to also have an educational element in connection with their order.

Summarized, the project contains

•High altitude installation (~45 m)

• Helicopter lift

• Custom-designed mounting system

• Safety features and digitalization technology
