Stena Fastigheter is now making several efforts to make its property holdings greener. In Bredäng, a project with solar cell plants is now complete, which has a capacity of 165,000 kWh per year. This means that residents in approximately 80 apartments now have their own produced green electricity in their homes.

Our dialogue with Stena Fastigheter has been ongoing for a long time. We developed a specially adapted overall concept that included project management, technology delivery, installation, ongoing monitoring and support.

In addition, we have included digital measurement of the modules, strengthened the facility with additional safety functions and developed a detailed system layout. All to ensure a state-of-the-art facility that maintains high quality in the long term.
– I think they chose to work with us because of our way of looking at the business from a holistic perspective. That in combination with technology choices that prioritize quality and long-term perspective, says Marcus Wicén.
Stena themselves describe their efforts as a start to their sustainable journey. Their facilities today have a total annual capacity of 400,000 kWh of self-produced solar electricity and that figure will only increase in the future.
