The project, which includes the installation of a solar panel system on a property housing Werksta's car repair shop, means that the company can now supply its operations with green electricity.
The new facility has a total capacity of 59.4 kW. The installation was completed in October, and as of this writing, the facility is almost ready to be commissioned.
- Areim continues to invest for the future, and through our partnership, the facility at Ösby 1:250 is now the 9th project in a row that we have completed - which means that we are now rapidly approaching the golden "megawatt" together, says Johan Braunerhielm, project manager at SBP.
Johan Braunerhielm alludes to the fact that SBP and Areim, through their collaboration, have to date installed a total output of 843 kW.
According to Johan Braunerhielm, the key factors behind the successful partnership have been the ability to adapt to the tenants' needs throughout the project process, as well as clear and open communication between the parties.
Lisa Hult, Asset Manager at Areim, has previously expressed similar sentiments about the collaboration.
