SBP, together with Nordika Fastigheter, has completed and commissioned another solar cell facility, this time in Akalla, north of Stockholm.
The project is part of Nordika Fastigheter's efforts to increase the proportion of self-generated electricity in its property portfolio and has been carried out as a turnkey delivery, with SBP responsible for design, installation, and commissioning.
Cooperation between the parties has been an important part of the project's implementation – something that Nordika itself emphasizes.
"I would like to give you high marks for our collaborations in Karlstad and Stockholm. You have competent and trustworthy project managers, and I have already recommended you as a supplier to others," says Robert Högström, Property Manager at Nordika Fastigheter.
For SBP, dialogue and ongoing collaboration have been central throughout the project – tailored entirely to the unique needs of the property.
"This is a facility that is adapted to the property's conditions and designed to function reliably over time. Our focus has been on delivering a solution that the customer can feel confident about in the long term," says Johan Braunerhielm, continuing:
– For us, it's very much about being present throughout the entire process and maintaining close dialogue with the customer. When decision-making processes are clear and cooperation works well, projects run more smoothly and ultimately turn out better.
The solar cell facility in Akalla has an installed capacity of 216.9 kW and contributes to reducing the need for purchased electricity and strengthening the property's energy performance. The project is also an example of how long-term collaboration can create value beyond the individual assignment.
