In connection with the installations, SBP will also carry out an extensive rebuilding of two electricity centers, where existing subscriptions are coordinated into a common main subscription with associated submeters. The aim is to streamline energy management and create a scalable solution that can meet the future needs of Areim's properties.
- "The project has had a very good structure right from the start. Through early planning and clear communication with both the customer and the network owner, we were able to ensure a smooth process all the way through," says Eva-Lotta Çelik, project manager at SBP.
She emphasizes the good cooperation with Areim as an important success factor. The collaboration is characterized by clarity, forward planning and a shared commitment to sustainability - which makes the projects both effective and meaningful, she says.
- We have an open and transparent dialog where the customer is always involved in the decisions. This creates security and ensures that the projects run according to plan. A practical challenge of the project is the coordination of power supply outages in the buildings, as the tenants have different types of activities.
- Thanks to good planning and clear information, we will be able to plan these steps without affecting tenants more than necessary. This is a good example of how we are working proactively to make life easier for both customers and businesses.
The collaboration between SBP and Areim has so far resulted in over 1 MW of installed solar power in Areim's properties.
