In Rosersberg, north of Stockholm, a photovoltaic installation has recently been completed on a logistics property. This is the eighth SBP installation to date for the real estate company Areim.

SBP has installed a total of 784 kW of solar energy for the real estate company Areim in Stockholm in the last two years alone. These are spread over eight plants, the latest of which was completed in March this year.

This installation was made on a logistics property in Rosersberg, not far from Arlanda, and once again SBP's project manager Johan Braunerhielm was responsible for ensuring that the installation went smoothly.
- Areim works actively with sustainability, not only clearly seen in their green investments, but also in the business acumen and the fine cooperation we have had over the eight projects we have done together. For me as a project manager, it is extra warm when I was asked to lead this project forward together with Areim, says Johan.

The project was completed after three weeks and is now awaiting inspection before it can start generating 113,000 kWh of solar energy for the operations in the property. Lisa Hult is Asset Manager at the real estate company and sees solar energy as a natural part of their high sustainable ambitions.
- We are an active fund manager and real estate owner who continuously develops our sustainability work by investing in environmental and social values to help shape a better society that we all want to be part of. The communities we help develop and manage are important to us. We define sustainability as what we leave behind for future generations. This is how we create lasting value for our stakeholders," she says and continues:

- SBP is a reliable partner that takes the project from start to finish. They find flexible solutions, take into account the tenants' activities and communicate clearly along the way.
