In Rosersberg, north of Stockholm, a solar panel system has recently been completed on a logistics property. It is the eighth SBP installation to date for the real estate company Areim.

SBP has installed a total of 784 kW of solar energy for the real estate company Areim in Stockholm in just the last two years. These are distributed across eight facilities, the latest of which was completed in March this year.

This facility was installed on a logistics property in Rosersberg, not far from Arlanda, and once again, SBP's project manager Johan Braunerhielm was responsible for ensuring the installation proceeded smoothly.
– Areim actively works with sustainability, which is not only clearly visible in their green investments but also in the business acumen and the excellent collaboration we have had across the eight projects we have done together. As a project manager, it warms me extra when I was asked to lead this project forward together with Areim, says Johan.

The project was completed after three weeks and is now awaiting inspection before it can begin generating 113,000 kWh of solar energy for the operations in the property. Lisa Hult is Asset Manager at the real estate company and sees solar energy as a natural part of their high sustainable ambitions.
– We are an active fund manager and property owner that continuously develops our sustainability work by investing in environmental and social values to help shape a better society that we all want to be a part of. The communities we are helping to develop and manage are important to us. We define sustainability as what we leave behind for future generations. That is how we create lasting value for our stakeholders, she says and continues:

– SBP is a reliable partner that takes the project from start to finish. They find flexible solutions, take into account the tenants' operations, and communicate clearly along the way.
