Meet some of us in Sales and Operations

As we at SBP grow, we become even stronger in the office. During the spring, three new colleagues joined the sales department and the project department.

Glenn Fröwall, Account Advisor

With 30 years in sales, Glenn has gained solid experience in the profession. He has primarily worked within IT and distribution, and before SBP, he spent 8 years selling point-of-sale solutions to large Scandinavian companies.
– The main thing I take with me from my years in sales is the value of long-term relationships and providing added value in the form of trust, he says.

 With a personal commitment to the green transition, he wants to be a contributing factor in securing the energy supply for future generations. That is why he sought the position as Account Advisor at SBP.
– It was important for me to work with green energy in a comprehensive concept from start to finish, rather than just selling hardware. The fact that SBP is also growing on its own without external financiers makes SBP so interesting as a company. There is a genuine commitment to sustainability among my colleagues, and it creates a family atmosphere with much joy and positivity.

Josefine Pettersson, Project Design

Josefine has taken a different path into the green energy industry. Before starting her studies to become an installation electrician and solar energy technician, she was a nursing assistant.
– Working in healthcare is known to be tiring, and I felt I wanted to leave. I am very practically inclined and had a fascination for electricity in general, but it became clearer that I wanted to work within solar energy, she says.

However, she greatly benefits from her experiences in healthcare in both customer service and handling stressful situations, she believes. This, combined with a total of almost 3.5 years of studies in electricity and solar energy, means that she has the ability to approach customers and the delivery with care and high quality.
But she is not done yet. In parallel with her position in System Design at SBP, she is still continuing her studies in solar energy, and later she will also delve into energy storage.
– Compared to many of my classmates, I was very lucky to get a job in the project department at such a stable and serious company in the industry as SBP. I look forward to delving further into energy storage as both the market and technology develop.

Lars Sjö, Account Advisor

With 12 years in B2B sales, Lars has experience in complex sales cycles and long-term customer relationships. He most recently came from Next Level Group, with sports profiles in its stable, but it was especially the experience within the industry where the work with sales of complex service solutions made the role as Account Advisor at SBP particularly relevant.
– It is that type of sales, which is characterized by trust and long-term commitment, that appeals to me very much. Green energy is current, and at SBP, they have clearly built up a stable brand with strong reference customers, which for me signals organizational security, says Lars.

Working within green energy is something he values highly and believes that it feels meaningful to go to the office every day.
– The whole of SBP is permeated by a forward-thinking spirit and team spirit among my colleagues. This, combined with high competence and the ability to find ways forward, we can convey this to our customers through tailor-made solutions that provide real value in the long term.
