Meet some of us in Sales and Operations

As we at SBP grow, we become even stronger in the office. During the spring, three new colleagues joined the sales department and the project department.

Glenn Fröwall, Account Advisor

With 30 years in sales, Glenn has acquired solid experience in the profession. It is mainly in IT and distribution that he has been active, and before SBP he worked for 8 years selling cash register solutions to large Scandinavian companies.
- "What I mainly take with me from my years in sales is the value of long-term relationships and providing added value in the form of trust," he says.

 It is with a personal commitment to the green transition that he wants to be a contributing factor in securing the energy supply for future generations. This is why he applied for the position of Account Advisor at SBP.
- "It was important for me to work with green energy in a comprehensive concept from start to finish rather than just selling hardware. The fact that SBP also grows on its own without external financiers makes SBP so interesting as a company. There is a genuine commitment to sustainability among my colleagues and it creates a family atmosphere with a lot of joy and positivity.

Josefine Pettersson, Project Design

Josefine has taken a different route into the green energy industry. Before she started her studies as an installation electrician and solar energy technician, she was an assistant nurse.
- Working in healthcare is notoriously tiring and I felt I wanted to leave. I'm very practical and had a fascination with electricity in general, but it became clear that it was solar energy that I wanted to work with," she says.

On the other hand, her experience from the healthcare sector is very useful in terms of customer service and dealing with stressful situations, she says. This, combined with a total of almost 3.5 years of studies in electricity and solar energy, means that she has the ability to approach customers and deliveries with care and high quality.
But she is not finished yet. In parallel with her position in System Design at SBP, she still continues her studies in solar energy and later she will also specialize in energy storage.
- Compared to many of my classmates, I was very lucky to get a job in the project department at such a stable and serious company in the industry as SBP. I look forward to further immerse myself in energy storage as the market and technology develops.

Lars Sjö, Account Advisor

With 12 years in B2B sales, Lars has experience of complex sales cycles and long-term customer relationships. He most recently came from Next Level Group, with sports profiles in its stable, but it was in particular the experience in the industry where the work with the sale of complex service solutions that made the role of Account Advisor at SBP particularly relevant.
- It is that type of sales, which is characterized by trust and long-term, which appeals to me very much. Green energy is in vogue and SBP has clearly built up a stable brand with strong reference customers, which for me signals organizational security," says Lars.

Working in green energy is something he holds dear and says that it feels meaningful to go to the office every day.
- The entire SBP is permeated by the spirit of progress and team spirit among my colleagues. In combination with high competence and the ability to find ways forward, we can pass this on to our customers through customized solutions that provide real value in the long term.
