The core of SBP's Operations is Berenike Hanson, Chief Operations Officer. Her previous experience in crucial project management roles within space technology ensures that SBP's delivery structure maintains levels worthy of its position as a premium supplier in the Greentech industry. In addition to this, she has also conducted high-tech evaluation work within the defense industry.
When she worked with space technology, she had overall responsibility as a project manager for developing systems for, among other things, satellites, lunar landers, and rockets.
– I am drawn to developing both our project team and our way of working to be able to ensure the quality of our complete deliveries. We are not a conventional solar cell company, but a greentech company, and by choosing that path, we have the opportunity to be more driving in the development of green technology in Sweden and later internationally. I look forward to our product portfolio expanding and contributing to a sustainable society by driving the journey forward towards becoming a market leader in Greentech-As-A-Service, says Berenike Hanson.
Anne Lindgren works with System Design & Engineering, a project planning role, which means that she develops a complete facility and structure before the start of installation. Like Berenike Hanson, she looks forward to when future technology development gives SBP the opportunity to broaden its product portfolio, especially thanks to her background as a project manager and business strategist in mechatronic product development. But it is at SBP that her Master of Science in Engineering from KTH, specializing in design & product development, comes to great use, as the process largely consists of taking an order from idea to final product.
– The best thing about working at SBP is that we as employees are seen as unique individuals rather than resources and that the core value "consideration" is truly lived up to. We have a very positive work culture and we have the opportunity to reflect these sustainable values in a genuine way towards our customers, which directly contributes to a better world, says Anne Lindgren.
One of those who puts Anne Lindgren's work into practice is our project manager Linda Axwik. After studies as a Biomedical Engineer and a Master's in Physics at KTH, she worked in the semiconductor industry, which means that she has a high technical understanding of the delivery from a holistic perspective and is particularly equipped for the technical challenges in the projects.
She makes it a habit to manage technically complex projects for international customers, while also living highly environmentally conscious in her private life.
– Privately, I have always been engaged in sustainability and the environment. The fact that I ended up in the greentech industry then happened very naturally, and there are several reasons why it became SBP in particular. Partly it is a well-thought-out delivery structure and partly a complete offer that gives our customers genuine value. At the same time, the soft values are reflected throughout the business and also towards our customers, where the biggest proof is the ten percent of the company's profit that goes to charity every year, says Linda Axwik.
