Meet some of the people at SBP Operations

January 27, 2023
Now that 2023 has begun, our project department SBP Operations is about to continue working hard to constantly develop our end-to-end deliveries to meet the market demand for solar energy, energy storage, EV charging and other green technologies. Meet some of our employees who work in parts of the supply chain from sales dialog to final installation and commissioning.

The hub of SBP's Operations is Berenike Hanson, Chief Operations Officer. Her previous experience in crucial project management roles in the space technology sector allows her to ensure that SBP's delivery structure maintains levels worthy of the premium supplier position SBP has in the Greentech industry. In addition, she has also conducted high-tech evaluation work in the defense industry.
When she worked with space technology, she had overall responsibility as a project manager for developing systems for satellites, lunar landers and rockets.
- I am attracted to developing both our project team and our way of working in order to ensure the quality of our overall deliveries. We are not a conventional solar cell company, but a greentech company and by choosing this path we have the opportunity to be more driving in the development of green technology in Sweden and later internationally. I look forward to expanding our product portfolio and contributing to a sustainable society by driving the journey towards becoming a market leader in Greentech-As-A-Service," says Berenike Hanson.

Anne Lindgren works in System Design & Engineering, a design role where she develops a complete system and structure prior to installation. Like Berenike Hanson, she looks forward to when future technological developments allow SBP to broaden its product portfolio, especially thanks to her background as a project manager and business strategist in mechatronic product development. But it is at SBP that her civil engineering degree at KTH, specializing in design and product development, comes into great use, as the process largely consists of taking an order from idea to final product.
- The best thing about working at SBP is that we as employees are seen as unique individuals rather than resources and that the value word "care" is really respected. We have a very positive work culture and we have the opportunity to reflect these sustainable values in a genuine way to our customers who directly contribute to a better world," says Anne Lindgren.

One of those who put Anne Lindgren's work into practice is our project manager Linda Axwik. After studying medical technology engineering and a master's degree in physics at KTH, she worked in the semiconductor industry, which means that she has a high technical understanding of the delivery from a holistic perspective and is particularly equipped for the technical challenges of the projects.
She is accustomed to managing technically complex projects for international customers, while also living a highly environmentally conscious life in her private life.
- In my private life, I have always been committed to sustainability and the environment. The fact that I ended up in the greentech industry was very natural and there are several reasons why SBP was chosen. Firstly, it is a well thought-out delivery structure and secondly, a comprehensive offer that gives our customers genuine value. At the same time, the soft values are reflected throughout the business and also towards our customers, where the biggest proof is the ten percent of the company's profits that go to charity every year," says Linda Axwik.
