Johan Braunerhielm has now become part of SBP's project department. In addition to broad experience in many areas of the construction and real estate industry, he has also run his own roofing company.

Johan Braunerhielm is the latest addition to the project management team at SBP. He most recently came from H2M Fastighetsteknik, where he has held several different positions - he has worked with project management, quality issues, tenders & procurement, implementation of new business support, contractual issues, environment & work environment, maintenance planning, system administration and much more.
In addition, he has previously run his own company specialising in low slope roofing and waterproofing.

Overall, it has created a good understanding of the conditions in the installation of solar energy systems, with elements including underlying structure, strength, substrate, friction and much more. It is in the role of project manager that he thrives best and Johan's experience falls within the scope of what working in green technology requires.

He describes himself as a person who strives for constant personal development and to challenge himself both mentally and physically - "getting the ego a little uncomfortable", as he puts it.
In his spare time, he is particularly passionate about climbing, where he is also an instructor, and about nature. The latter, he says, is something that has grown in recent years.
- I come from a background of great interest in cars, but how important is a loud V8 really if we know the price we'll pay for it? Then again, the importance of making environmentally smart choices has really come to the fore as society has taken greater crackdowns on the environment, like something as simple as recycling. It is precisely the deeper fundamental values of creating and operating in a meaningful industry that drew me to SBP," says Johan Braunerhielm.

"Made a big impression from day one"

From the very first moment, he was impressed by the staff at SBP, the way the business is run and the attitude towards sustainability.
- For me, it is important that both the service and my colleagues have consistent values and goals. You spend most of your time at work and it automatically becomes a second home. Then you want everything to be right. When I met Katarina Waniewska (Head of Project Management) , she showed an emotional strength in the form of humility and thoughtfulness that appealed to me. SBP really works like a well-oiled machine to achieve successful projects and build for the future, and therefore it is the soft values combined with professionalism and high ambitions that make SBP particularly attractive as an employer," he says and continues:

- The company's approach to sustainability, working on challenges in society and for the well-being of all employees, such as being encouraged to exercise during working hours, is something great that I think all employers should discover and do for their employees and the working environment.

Katarina Waniewska sees the addition of Johan as a crucial piece of the organisation's structure - his multi-faceted knowledge base, combined with his personality, makes him a natural fit for the team, she says.
- With his exuberant energy, Johan has made a big impression on all of us from day one. Thanks to the combination of his positive personality and broad experience, he blends naturally into the business, while his cutting-edge skills make him a perfect complement to the existing expertise. Having him on board means that we have achieved additional breadth in SBP's project management," says Katarina Waniewska.
