In the magazine Svensk Fastighetsutveckling, Rasmus Larsson, Head of Technical Development at SBP, talks about the value of our offerings to companies, the strength of investing in solar energy - and our latest venture in digital monitoring and control.

Within sustainable energy and green technology, there are many aspects to consider as a complete supplier. Therefore, our Head of Technical Development Rasmus Larsson was interviewed about our business, how our offerings can benefit companies - and that we have recently expanded our portfolio with a digital service, which we will be writing much more about shortly.

Rasmus Larsson is now releasing some clues in advance about new Chargeflow, our own software that both monitors and controls solar energy production, connected energy storage and charging infrastructure in properties.
– Being able to control and manage both production and load in the form of, among other things, charging electric vehicles is the key to using resources in the best way. The electric cars are charged when the property has a lower need for electricity, or are directed to the cars when there is a surplus of solar energy in the property. When overproduction occurs, electricity is sold to the grid, or charges connected energy storage, depending on market prices and future energy needs in the property. Through a higher degree of self-sufficiency in the property, you also help to relieve the external electricity grid, he says in the article.

SBP's various business arrangements make it easier for companies to take the step into sustainable development and each business is tailored to the customer's needs and basic conditions. This is also discussed in the article, where Rasmus Larsson clarifies some advantages for those companies that choose to operate on green energy.
– Not everyone may think that solar energy in Sweden is already very profitable today. Solar energy lowers the operating costs in the property through both savings and revenues and our customers get a positive result from day one. As a property owner, you should always keep in mind that a reduction in operating costs also increases the value of the property, which is important to investors.
