Solar installations for SEB on three central properties

October 3, 2024
A new solar project has begun on behalf of Novier, a property manager for SEB. The project, which has a total capacity of 209 kWp, is currently in full swing - but more collaborations are already in the pipeline.

In the 209 kWp solar project, Novier has played a crucial role as property manager and advisor to SEB. By carefully analyzing the properties' potential and market conditions, Novier enabled an investment that is in line with SEB's long-term goal of sustainable development.

The project involves the installation of photovoltaic systems on three properties located in central Stockholm and Gothenburg.

The installation in Gothenburg began on September 30, and establishment in Stockholm is expected to take place shortly. A continuous and open dialog with the customer has been a central part of the collaboration, which has helped to ensure that the project proceeds according to plan.

It has also been confirmed that the partnership will be expanded, with more solar installations on additional properties planned in the near future.

- It is very nice to have renewed confidence from Novier, which values quality products with safety in focus. The dialog and cooperation with Oscar at Novier has been very smooth with consensus along the way. I look forward to continuing our collaboration with the same commitment and quality as before, says Alexander Backström, Account Advisor at SBP.

One of the specific challenges for this project has been the central locations of the properties in Stockholm and Gothenburg, which requires extra consideration during the design and establishment phases. Adaptations have been made to meet the city's conditions, which the project team at SBP emphasizes as an important part of the planning work.

- The city's unique conditions have given us the opportunity to think innovatively and adapt our design in a way that optimizes both the process and the result, which has made the establishment an exciting challenge," says Mobin Jafari, project manager at SBP.
