SBP constantly needs to expand the competence within the different departments to ensure the quality of our deliveries and offers. Therefore, we have now strengthened the Sales, Operations and Tech departments.

Vincent Wong, Software Developer

In his role as Software Developer, Vincent contributes to the further development of SBP's Proptech solution Chargeflow. With a programming education at KTH in the back, he was initially in the gaming industry and has, among other things, built virtual reality solutions for museums.
- I have previously developed digital solutions as part of larger teams in the IT and gaming industry, but getting a prominent role in such a crucial IT solution in greentech felt very exciting. In reality, it is companies like SBP and its customers in a collective that are actually the biggest contributing factor to the transition, I think, and it is clear that SBP wants to be at the forefront of technological development, says Vincent.

For Vincent, it is important to keep his body active in an otherwise sedentary professional role.
- It's great to come to work when you have active colleagues and also that SBP is an employer that encourages health by allowing employees to set aside some working time for exercise.

Louise Wasberg, Sales Representative

Louise has worked in sales in various forms throughout her adult life. But it was in 2016 that she began to establish herself in B2B sales in, among other things, the logistics industry. In 2021, she took the step into the green energy industry and is here to stay.
- My career in the industry initially began on the consumer side, in the middle of the first big rush on solar cells, which meant that there was a high pace of inquiries and business. It was very fun and created an interest in working in an industry that is really at the forefront," says Louise.

Eventually, she was attracted to return to B2B sales, but the years in green energy gave her a taste for it and she moved on to SBP.

- It's nice that you are constantly learning as the industry as a whole is evolving. For me, it's a different approach because the profitability of the investment is on several fronts, not just the price of electricity. Early on, SBP proved to have a very appealing overall picture; a soundly run organization that cares deeply about its customers and approaches the industry with a forward-looking spirit.

Daniel Rocafort, Project Manager

Since moving from his native Barcelona to Sweden in 2008, Daniel has worked as a project manager in several top positions. Among other things, he has been involved in the establishment of Becker's paint manufacturing in South America, hydrogen plants in the Nordics, pharmaceutical projects for AstraZeneca and data centers in Stockholm. But for a long time, he has always aspired to work in sustainability.
- I felt that I wanted to find a project management role where I could be closer and more involved in the projects and customers. In addition, I wanted to be part of a growing company and learn how to work with green energy from a holistic perspective," he says and continues:

- "It felt good in my stomach from the very first interview at SBP. It is clear that sustainability is a value that is genuinely permeated among my colleagues and also that SBP as a company takes real social responsibility by donating a share of the company's profits to charity.
