Vincent Wong, Software Developer
In his role as Software Developer, Vincent contributes to the further development of SBP's Proptech solution, Chargeflow. With a programming education from KTH in his background, he initially worked in the gaming industry and has, among other things, built virtual reality solutions for museums.
– I have previously developed digital solutions as part of larger teams within the IT and gaming industries, but to have a prominent role in such a crucial IT solution within greentech felt very exciting. In reality, it is companies like SBP and its customers in a collective that are actually the biggest contributing factor to the transformation being carried out, I believe, and it is clear that SBP wants to be at the forefront of technological development, says Vincent.
For Vincent, it is important to keep the body active in connection with an otherwise sedentary professional role.
– It's great to come to work when you have active colleagues and also that SBP is an employer that encourages health by allowing employees to allocate some working time to exercise.
Louise Wasberg, Sales Representative
Louise has worked with sales in various forms throughout her adult life. But it was in 2016 that she began to establish herself in B2B sales in, among other industries, the logistics sector. In 2021, she took the step into the green energy industry and is here to stay.
– My career in the industry initially started on the consumer side, right in the middle of the first big rush on solar cells, which meant that there was a high pace of inquiries and deals. It was a lot of fun and created an interest in working in an industry that is really at the forefront, says Louise.
Eventually, she was tempted to return to B2B sales, but the years in green energy gave her a taste for more, which led her to seek further opportunities at SBP.
– It's fun that you are constantly learning as the industry as a whole is developing. For me, it becomes a different angle because the profitability of the investment lies on several fronts, not just on the electricity price. SBP showed early on that it had a whole that was very appealing; a soundly driven organization that cares greatly for its customers and approaches the industry with a forward spirit.
Daniel Rocafort, Project Manager
Since Daniel moved from his hometown of Barcelona and settled in Sweden in 2008, he has worked as a project manager in several top positions. Among other things, he has been involved in the establishment of Becker's paint manufacturing in South America, hydrogen plants in the Nordic region, pharmaceutical projects for AstraZeneca, and data centers in Stockholm. But for a long time, he has always strived to work in sustainability.
– I felt that I wanted to find a project management role where I could be closer and more involved in the projects and customers. In addition, I wanted to be part of a growing company and learn about the work around green energy from a holistic perspective, he says and continues:
– It felt good in my gut right from the first interview at SBP. It is clear that sustainability is a value that is genuinely permeated among my colleagues and also that SBP as a company takes a real social responsibility by donating a portion of the company's profits to charity.
