Bonnier Fastigheter manages with a high environmental profile - SBP part of Uppsala project

The acquisition of Muninhuset in central Uppsala became a sustainable endeavor for Bonnier Fastigheter. Among the environmental efforts was a solar panel system from SBP.

Right next to the train station and Fyris River in central Uppsala, Bonnier Fastigheter has been committed to a high sustainability profile for Muninhuset since 2018. It was the real estate company's second acquisition in the city to date, and in addition to upgrading the existing building, they are now in the process of completing a detached office building adjacent to Muninhuset.

SBP had the honor of contributing a high-quality solar panel system with a production capacity of 256 kW. Sara Björnberg, Head of Sustainable Development at Bonnier Fastigheter, says that SBP was able to live up to the responsibility requirements that the real estate company has for its partners.
– As a long-term family-owned company, we value personal relationships and that our partners take great responsibility both in current projects but also in society at large. The fact that SBP allocates part of the profit to charity and takes an active social responsibility is something we value, she says, among other things.
