Right next to the train station and Fyrisån in central Uppsala, Bonnier Fastigheter has since 2018 focused on a high sustainability profile for Muninhuset. This was the property company's second acquisition in the city to date and in addition to upgrading the existing building, they are now in the process of completing a stand-alone office building adjacent to Muninhuset.

SBP had the honour of contributing a high quality photovoltaic plant with a production capacity of 256 kW. Sara Björnberg, Head of Sustainable Development at Bonnier Fastigheter, explains that SBP was able to meet the responsibility requirements that the real estate company has for its partners.

The fact that SBP donates part of its profits to charity and takes an active social responsibility is something we value," she says.
