The project started at the end of May and was completed by mid-June. "It was a smooth process with a committed client and a clear objective. Right from the start, we felt that we were working towards the same goal," says Mobin Jafari, project manager at SBP.
The completed plant comprises 93 kWp and is complemented by energy storage for further solar energy optimization thanks to smart energy management. The plant is estimated to produce around 86 000 kWh per year, which corresponds to a saving of 1.11 tons of carbon dioxide or more than 50 trees per year.
- The project went very smoothly. Thanks to good planning together with the building's operators, everything went smoothly," says Mobin Jafari.
For Lansa Fastigheter, the investment in solar energy is a natural part of their sustainability work, where they are working to gradually integrate renewable energy into more and more properties and link the investments to long-term goals of reduced climate impact. The project in Helsingborg is therefore another step in the nationwide strategy. Earlier this year, solar panels were also installed in Vrå, which you can read more about here.
- "For both them and us, it's partly about reducing climate impact, but also about strengthening the attractiveness of the properties. As a tenant, knowing that your home produces green electricity creates a strong belief in the future and, by extension, a strong signal value that Lansa as a real estate company is at the forefront of sustainable development," says Mobin Jafari.
