Previously, SBP, commissioned by the real estate advisor Novier, installed solar panel systems on three buildings for SEB in Gothenburg. Now, two additional solar panel systems have been installed on buildings owned by the major bank in Stockholm as well.

To date, the collaboration between SBP and the comprehensive real estate advisor Novier has resulted in installations on five buildings totaling 328 kWp. The most recently completed project took place on two SEB-owned buildings that Novier is commissioned to manage in a comprehensive undertaking.

This involves a total installation of 120 kWp, which is estimated to generate 102 MWh per year. This, in turn, corresponds to a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions of 1.32 tons each year.
– SEB and Novier have a high level of understanding and are at the forefront of green energy, where they have set up clear plans on how they will contribute to a greener future. It makes me particularly proud in my role that we are entrusted to help them realize their plans and achieve their sustainability goals, says Mobin Jafari, responsible project manager at SBP.

The installation started in the second week of January and was completed after 16 working days. The recipe for success lies partly in a previous successful collaboration in Gothenburg (feel free to read more about it here), according to Mobin Jafari.
– Each project, of course, has its unique conditions. But thanks to very good cooperation with a transparent dialogue, in combination with competence and experience, we manage to tackle all challenges together in an effective way with a focus on the best possible solution.
