In recent years, SBP has repeatedly delivered solar power plants to Stena Fastigheter, primarily within their portfolio in Stockholm. The latest commissioned complete delivery is for rental properties in the Stockholm suburb of Vårberg.

The installation took place on three adjacent properties in Vårberg, not far from Skärholmen. The facilities have a total capacity of 281 kW, which guarantees a total annual production of 190,000 kilowatt hours.

The facility has been up and running since December and is ready for this year's solar energy production. For Johan Braunerhielm, project manager at SBP, it has been a secure collaboration with Stena Fastigheter.
– They are a conscious and experienced buyer of SBP's offerings, which makes the collaboration completely painless. Stena Fastigheter knows exactly what it is about and how both our processes and routines work, he says.

Stena Fastigheter's goal is to halve its climate footprint by 2030, and through, among other things, several deliveries of solar energy from SBP, they have come a good way. Among our installations in recent years is an establishment in Haninge (read about it here) and also the property company's largest installation to date in Bredäng (read more about it here).
– Over the years, SBP has proven to be a good overall supplier when it comes to general contractor for our energy projects. They have always had a good focus from start to finish and delivered good products, says Marcus Bromér, Energy Controller at Stena Fastigheter.

Johan Braunerhielm also speaks about Stena's continued commitment to green investments.
– As one of the country's largest property companies, it is admirable that they have invested in green energy at such a large scale at a high rate, and it is particularly gratifying that they have chosen us at SBP as a partner for several of these investments, he concludes.
